JOHN marcus Hart, Sr., 83, of Anderson, died Nov. 22. 2003, Community Hospital, Anderson as the result of complications due to a stroke.

He was born Oct. 21. 1920, in Anderson.

He was a graduate of Anderson High School, National Radio Correspondence School, and the Electrical School of Purdue
University.

He was a veteran who served his country as a fireman 1st Class in the U.S. Navy during World War 11, and was a2ns lieutenant in the Civil Air Patrol.

For 57 years he was president/CEO of Mobil Electronics. For 40 years he served as FAA technician for the navigation stations at Anderson Municipal Airport. He held and FCC first class license, was an inventor and and engineer and held several patents and trademarks. For time, 1939 to 1944 he was also employed by Delco Remy, Anderson.

He was a 50 year member of Mount Moriah Lodge 77, member of Scottish Rite, the Aircraft and Pilots Association, and Park Place Church of God.

Survivors include his wife of 66 years HuWeen (Zellar) Hart of
Anderson, children, Phyllis Leeddom, Robert (wife, Peggy) Hart, Charles "Jerry" (wife. Suzie) Hart, Vivian (husband, Steve) Hardacre, all of Anderson, John Marcus (wife, Dorothy) Hart, Jr. of Kokomo, and Diana (Molinar), of Greenfield); grandcchildren, Terri Hofstrom of Daytona Beach, Fla., Becky Archibald of Indianapolis, John G. Hart of Conifer, Colo., Melody Schrecker of Franklin, Tenn., Wendy Higdon of Carmel, R. Wesley Hart, of Dallas, Texas, Sherry Molinar of Indianapolis, William Molinar of Los Angelos, Calif., Roger Hart of Kokomo, Steve Hart of Muncie, Jennifer Hart, Clayton Hardacre, Cole Hardacre, Curt Hardacre all of Anderson; 14 great-grandcchildren; and
brothers, Howard (Grace) Hart of Anderson, and Jim (wife Betty), and Bill (wife Helen)Hart. all of Kokomo.

He was preceded in death by his parents W,L, and Theresa (Cook) Hart; two brothers, a sister, and twin great-granddaughters.

Services will be held at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service, 229 South Rangeline Road, Anderson, officiated by the Rev.
Don Collins, Burial will take place at Anderson Memorial
Park Cemetery.

Calling hours are from 3 to 5 and 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home, and will include a 7 p.m. Masonic rites memorial ceremony.
