Carolyn Ann Truman, age 67, of Willits, California, passed away November 2, 2010 at the Cloverdale Healthcare Center in Cloverdale, California.
Carolyn was born September 1, 1943, in Jefferson City, Mo. the daughter of Milford Glenn Russell and Anna Marie (Mickelis) Russell, both preceded her in death.
Carolyn was united in marriage on October 4, 1979 in Cedar City, Mo to Estill Eugene Truman, who survives at the home.
She graduated from Jefferson City High School. She was a homemaker and a healthcare provider in Willits, California until ill health forced her retirement.
An avid collector of angels, Carolyn also loved to crochet and paint. Her greatest love was to make others happy and to lend a helping hand to those in need.
Survivors include: three daughters, Glenda Ann Luecke-Bullock and her husband Dennis of Imperial, Mo., Tammy Sue Goben and her fiancé Terry Luikart of Jefferson City, Mo, and Danyele Marie Chamberlain of the home; one son, Ralph Raymond Bond of Lucerne, California; four grandchildren, Sarah Robertson and her husband Cole, Erik Goben, Andrew Luecke, and Matthew Luecke; and one great granddaughter, Shelby Goben.
A private graveside service and interment will be held at Hawthorn Memorial Gardens at a later date.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Freeman Mortuary.
