Elizabeth McConnel Noble, 85 of 268 Riverside St., died 6:22 am Feb. 25 in Medical Center Hospital Following an extended illiness.

She was born dec. 16, 1898 in Ross Co. to George W. and Sarah Arledge Stout.

On Nov. 15, 1922 she married Forrest Noble who died in 1941.

Surviving are a foster daughter, Mrs Clark (Helen) Williamson, Chillicothe; foster grand-childern Paul Williamson, South Carolina, Mark Williamson, Lackland Air Force Base, Texas and Scott Williamson, at home,two foster Great-grandchildern ; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a son, two sisters and five brothers.

Mrs. Noble was a former sales clerk for Norvell's Department Store and member of Trinity United Methodist Church and United Methodist Women. She was a Sunday School Secretary at Trinity for many years.

Her funeral wil be 1:30 pm Tuesday in the Fawcett-Oliver and Glass Funeral Home with Paster James Frazier officiating. Burial will follow in Browns Chapel Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home 4-8 pm today.
