The remains were brought to Red Oak, arriving Thursday morning and the funeral was held Thursday afternoon at 3 o'clock, the services being conducted by Rev. F. N. The pall bearers were from the Masonic Lodge, of which the deceased was a member and may friends were in attendance.

He lived here during his early life but has lived in Kansas for a number of years. On August 4, 1893, he was married to Miss Ruth C. Dunn of Council Bluffs, and she, with their three sons and one daughter, survive him.
Mr. Bolt was a prominent Lodge man, being a member of the Masonic Order and the Modern Woodmen, and A.O.U.W. Lodges. He was identified with the Methodist Church.
Besides his family and parents, Mr. Bolt is survived by one brother, Ben Bolt, formerly of the shoe business in this city, but now living in Washington and by three sisters, Mrs. Fred Swanson of Red Oak, Mrs. Will J. Martin of Kokomo, Indiana and Mrs E. C. Collins of Emerson, the latter two being among those from out of town at the funeral. Mrs. Bolt's brothers, George G. Dunn of Denver, was also present.
Mr. Bolt had may friends in Red Oak who had heard of his serious illness and the news of his death, though not a surprise, came as a painful shock to them and the sympathy of the entire community goes to the stricken family.
