G. A. McSpadden Dead

Geo. A. McSpadden, one of the oldest and most highly respected citizens of the county, died at his home at Mt. Pleasant Friday, at the age of 75 years. He has been ill for several weeks. Burial took place at the Barren Fork cemetery Saturday. Deceased is the father of H. B. McSpadden and a brother of R. H. McSpadden, both of this place. George Acton Steel McSpadden was in Company,A,Freeman's Missouri Calvery Confederate States of America.
