She is survived by two daughters and two sons-in-law, four grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren and a sister. She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Pearl Staton; husband, Bill Blackmon; son, Robert William Blackmon; sisters: Margaret Blackmon and Imogene Ramer; and brother, Lionel Staton.

Funeral: 11:00 a.m. October 11, 2016 at Fairview Baptist Church.
