Michael C. Melick, 69, of Phoenix, formerly of Waterloo, passed away March 17, 2008, in Phoenix. Michael was known for his love of horses and was an avid Arizona Diamondbacks fan. He is survived by his daughter, Roxanne Taylor of Arizona; brother, David Melick of Iowa; sister, Kathy Joyce of Iowa; parents, Evelyn and Clyde Melick of Cedar Falls; and three lovely grandchildren. Memorial services will take place in Waterloo at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to Falconer Funeral Home.
