Graveside services for Lena Baker, 92, were scheduled for 2 p.m. today in Palestine City Cemetery with the Rev. Danny Thomas officiating. Burial was under the direction of Hassell & Foster Funeral Home.
Miss Baker died Monday, September 10, 1984 in the Palestine Nursing Center. She had lived in Palestine for the past seven years. She was born Feb. 2, 1892, in Enterprise, Ala., a daughter of the late James and Mary E. Andrews Baker.
Survivors include two sisters, Amy Ellis and Hattie Brunson, both of Enterprise, Ala.; two sisters-in-law, Effie Baker of Waco and Estelle Baker of Marlin; and several nieces and nephews.
