Norma Adams was not the daughter of Mary Snider Adams and Israel P. Adams according to several sources.

Israel Adams moved from Waco to Cisco TX in 1884 and to Hunt Co TX in 1886 according to county tax records and his Civil War pension application.

In 1890, Mary Snider Adams and Charlie Dick began to live together leading to Mary & Israel divorcing in 1891.

According to James Pylant & Sherri Knight, in their Book "The Oldest Profession in Texas", Norma was the daughter of either Mary Capritola "Mollie" Adams or her sister Rosa Antoinette Adams (page 143).
