Vaughn D. Arrington, 81, of Liverpool Twp., died Friday, Aug. 12, 1977. Mr. Arrington was a resident of Valley City for 38 years. He was a retired well driller from the Ohio Pipe and Supply Co., Cleveland and a WWI veteran. Survivors include his wife, Ellen; children, Richard, Betty Arrowood, both of Tulsa, Okla., John of Burbank, Calif., and Aileen Watkins of Medina, 12 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, two brothers and one sister. Friends may call at the Bauer, Funeral Home, Valley City, Saturday afternoon and evening where services will be held Sunday, the Rev. Marshall Cook officiating.
