Mr. Alldredge was born August 22, 1903 in Richland Springs, Texas, the son of Mellie (Melton) and J. M. Alldredge. He died March 8, 2003 in a Cleburne hospital
He was retired from Monsanta Chemical Company and was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include his wife, Opal Irene Alldredge; niece, Sylvia Whitehead; nephew, Rex Medcalf; step-daughter, Betty Locke of Fort Worth, Texas and Nell Whittemore of Tyler; step-son, Childers Lane and a number of nieces,nephews and other relatives
