No grave marker was found; but there is ample written evidence (see below) to support her burial at Snow Hill Nunnery. Thus, a "temporary" memorial plaque for Nancy was placed at the gravesite in March 2012 next to Peter McFerren by Grove-Bowersox Funeral Home of Waynesboro, PA. Nancy was buried from this funeral home when it was formerly known as "Grove Funeral Home." In April 2012, a permanent memorial plaque was installed in her memory by great-great granddaughter, PATTY McFERREN-BLANTON.
