Olive was the daughter of Harry Ollie Rogers & Ida Mae Jameson. She lived in the area her whole life and was loved by everyone. She and Earl (Sikes) were unable to have children of their own, so they took in an orphan girl named Betty (Bessie) Clark and showed her only love and kindness.

Olive was gifted in many ways. She always had her craft table full and was talented on the piano. She was a beloved neighbor, cousin, wife, mother and grandmother.
