Charles & Elizabeth (Quillen) Conner. He was retired from the construction
industry and was a maintenance worker at Monroe County Public Library. He was an
U.S. Army veteran of WWII. Survivors include his wife Garney (Godsey) Conner,
one daughter, Sarah Lewis of 29 Palms; one sister, Doretta Smith of
Ellettsville; two brothers, Joseph Conner of Indianapolis and Vasel Conner of
Wisconsin and one granddaughter. He was preceded in death by his parents; two
sons, Eric Conner & Charles Conner; four sisters and one brother. Memorial
Services will be Friday in 29 Palms California. Local memorial services will be
announced at a later date.
