Kathleen W. Wait, 79, of Senatobia, died Tuesday, October 14 at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis. Mrs. Wait was a retired instructor for Northwest Mississippi Community College in Senatobia and a member of First Baptist Church in Senatobia. Services were Thursday, October 16 at First Baptist Church in Senatobia with interment in Bethesda Cemetery in Senatobia. Pallbearers were Nat Troutt, Jr., Frank Givens, Jack Butts, Keith Vancil, Nathan Kopswya, and Thurman Caldwell. Dr. Brent Bozeman, Chuck Strong, and Andy Brasher officiated.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Van Pierce Wait. She is survived by a daughter, Kathy W. Foresman of Senatobia; a sister-in-law, Sarah P. Wooten of Leland, Miss.; and two grandsons, Ethan Foresman and Evan Foresman, both of Senatobia.
