Henry Samuel Hoover was the son of Samuel Hoover and Frances (Stone) Hoover. Henry married Thresha America (Reagan) on 24 Aug 1855 in Greenfield, Dade County, Missouri and they had ten children. Henry Samuel Hoover and Thresha are buried in Liberty Cemetery, Dade County, Missouri. Her name is on the opposite side of his headstone. It was difficult to find and to read.

Henry Samuel Hoover's headstone - his wife was Theresa America (Reagan) Hoover and her name is engraved on the opposite side of this headstone. They are buried in Liberty Cemetery near Everton, Dade County, Missouri.
