I have checked the cemetery readings and found an entry for Hannah Hornback in the Nancy Hanks Cemetery, located in the Lincoln Boyhood National Memorial Park. Her entry is under "unmarked graves" with additional burial source. It says "Hannah Hornback, died 14 Dec 1842, wife of Abram, daughter of William Cleaver." The source for this information is the Indiana Historical Bulletin Extra #3, August 1929, page 64. I do not have a copy of this bulletin but the State Archives or State Library may have it; I would assume the Boyhood Park might have a copy in their library.
