Heart Trouble Caused Death of Dr. W. M. Ansell of This City.
Dr. W. M. Ansell, whose residence in this city (Cleveland) died suddenly yesterday afternoon at the residence of M. O. Waggoner in Toledo, where he had been rooming with his young wife, to whom he had married about two years.
He has been in Toledo at intervals since September in the interest of the proprietary medicine. Yesterday morning he was seized with pains about the heart, but did not consider the attack as serious. While sitting in his room during the afternoon he suddenly gasped and fell forward dead.
Relatives in Uniontown, Pa., where his former home was, have been notified and will take the body there for interment. Dr. Ansell was forty-one years of age and according to a Toledo dispatch had been a resident in Cleveland for fifteen years.

Notes from contributor:
This is the actual obit but not all the facts are correct. We have no evidence of his divorce from wife Lucinda in Uniontown, or a marriage to another woman. If he was 41, then his last name would be Collins since his father died in 1856 and his mother remarried a year later to Albert Collins. Census's have him born about 1855.] [Dr. William Ansell -Son of Sarah and George Ansell, brother to Alfred, Jacob and Alexander Ansell].
