[DAILY ADVOCATE, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Wednesday, June 9, 1858]
"Another Bereavement---Death again entered the precincts of the family home yesterday, and took therefrom another of the children of Mr. Crenshaw. His little girl was scarcely cold in the grave before her only brother was borne on the hearse to keep her company in the long, last sleep. The afflicted parents have the tenderest sympathies of the community in their deep sufferings, which will invoke Providence to give them strength to endure the great sorrow with which they are thus suddenly surrounded."
