Ruth B. Snapp, 97, Windsor, died Saturday, December 31, 1994, at Truman Valley Health Care Nursing Home in Windsor. She was born February 8, 1897, in Lincoln, the daughter of Franklin Luther Snapp and Margaret Ellen Hunter Snapp. She was a homemaker and a member of the first Baptist Church in Windsor. She is survived by a sister, Faye Fensom, Windsor; three nieces, Helen Wilson, Windsor, Betty Lou Fogel, Cleveland, and Jerry Anne Smith, Long Beach, Ca.; two nephews, Harold Fridley, Aurora, and Jack Fensom, Cleveland; a step-nephew, James Gibson, Garden Grove, Ca.; several great-nieces, nephews and great-great-nieces and nephews. Graveside services were Monday, January 2, 1995, at the Laurel Oak Cemetery, Windsor.
