Emma Lou Catlett Belcher, 62, of Oklahoma City died Saturday, December 23, 2000. The Booneville native was a member of Shields Boulevard Baptist Church.
Funeral will be 2 p.m. Friday in Shields Boulevard Baptist Church in Oklahoma City with burial at Sunnylane Cemetery in Del City, Oklahoma, under the direction of Capitol Hill Funeral Home in Oklahoma city.
She is survived by her husband, Wayne; two daughters, Vickie Ross and Jackie Rose; one son, Ray Chambers; four stepchildren; one sister, Frances Barnes; three brothers, Clinton, Carnell, and Howard Catlett; 12 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
