Cleo Frances Benn, 86, of Harrisonburg, died Wednesday, January 19, 2000, at Rockingham Memorial Hospital in Harrisonburg, where she had been a patient for two weeks.
Mrs. Benn was born October 13, 1913, in Rockingham County, and was the daughter of the late Lemuel M. and Jennie Eye Payne.
She retired from food service at Rockingham Memorial Hospital and was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 632 Ladies Auxiliary.
On May 2, 1951, she married Willis Ernest Benn, who died December 30, 1991.
She was the last surviving member of her immediate family and is survived by a number of nieces and nephews.
The Revs. Roger Chandler and Sam Sponaugle will conduct the funeral at 2 p.m. Saturday at teh McMullen Funeral Home in Harrisonburg with burial in the Mt. Clinton Cemetery.
