The daughter of the late Esther Seeley Marshall and Howard Marshall. She was raised from an infant by her grandparents, the late Glenn and Cora Seeley at the 30 Mile Point Lighthouse in Somerset, NY. Beverly is a graduate of Barker Central School and was the class Salutatorian. She was a graduate of Millard Fillmore School of Nursing where she became a Registered Nurse. Beverly worked for Niagara County Health Department as a public health nurse. She married Richard C. Rutland October 7, 1950, he died June 6, 2008. Beverly was an active officer of the Rutland-Corwin Funeral Home, Inc. with her husband from 1960-1996. A member of St. Andrew's Episcopal Church, she was active in starting St. Andrew's Church store where she volunteered for many years. Beverly was an Inter Community Memorial Hospital Board Member from 1982-1987 and passed member of Inter Community Memorial Hospital Barton Group. Bev and Dick wintered in Ormond Beach, FL and also enjoyed traveling. Beverly loved family gatherings and dancing with her husband. Mother of Ann (Martin) Schulze of Burt, NY, Julie (Michael) Stamm of Ithaca, NY and Richard (Laura) Rutland of Newfane, NY. Grandmother of Tyler, Noah and Shaun Finley, Elliott and Emily Stamm and Ashley and Richie Rutland.
