Charles Henry Fisher, age 63, of Calwood, Missouri passed away May 19, 1912 at his home in Calwood.

Charles Henry was born in Calwood, Callaway County, Missouri on October 6, 1848, the son of Albert Henry and Cyntha ?(Sitha) Dawson Fisher. He was a twin of Martha Ellen (Fisher) Williams.

He married Martha Jane Boggess in Callaway County, Missouri on October 20, 1880 in the presence of Waldun ?, W.H. Boggess and Mrs. Mary Galwith. They were married by Jas. J. Holland, Justice of the Peace.

His parents were pioneers who migrated to Nine Mile Prairie from Clark County, Kentucky in the early 1840's. Charles was a farmer, as were his parents, in Calwood. He was the youngest of five children, Amanda, George, Mary, Martha Ellen and Charles Henry. Unable to find what happened to George, his older brother or Mary, his sister. Amanda is buried between their mother and Charles, Martha Ellen is buried in Hillcrest Cemetery beside her husband.

Charlie is survived by children, Mrs. Annie L. (John) Fletcher, George (Hattie Lillian) Fisher, Mrs. Della Jane (Edgar) Colter, Elizabeth (George) Day, Walter (Ethel) Fisher, Harley Fisher, Willis Fisher, several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Charles Henry died of Brights Disease and was attended by Dr. R.S. Simcoe of Calwood. His wife, Martha Jane (Boggess) Fisher was the informant.

Leo Morrison was in charge of services and interment was in Ebenezer Cemetery.
