Ms. Elizabeth Hall a long time resident of the Sunnyside-Grandview community passed away at the Sunnyside Memorial Hospital Saturday evening, May 27, following an extended illness.

Ms. Hall, 84, was born in NC. She with her husband the late Xura E. Hall, operated a cattle range at Mitchell, Oregon before coming to Sunnyside where they operated a fruit farm in the Emerald District for 15 years before they retired and lived in Grandview, Prosser and Sunnyside. Mr. Hall passed away May 19, 1956.

Ms. Hall was a member of the First Baptist Church and was a Gold Star Mother having gone to France to visit the final resting place of her son who gave his life in the service of his country.

She is survived by three sones, Emery Eastridge of Sunnyside, Henry Eller of West Jefferson, NC and Willie Eller of Penn; two daughters, Alice Hannaford of Elso and Bessie Roten of Wilbur, NC. Two sons Charlie Eller and Walter Eller proceeded their mother in death. She is also survived by three step sons Dorman Hall of Grandview, Rev. Lee Hall of Sacramento, CA and Milo Hall of Sumner; three step daughters Mildred Landryou of Los Gatos, CA. Wilda Shoemaker of Prineville, Or and Mable Blann of Mitcvhell, Ore. Thirty seven grand children, 25 great grand children and a number ogf great great grand children.
