Margaret "Peggy" Hart

"Peggy" Margaret Hart, 56, St. Joseph, passed away Wednesday, October 21, 2009, at her home. Peggy was born October 10, 1953, to William and Edna (Foote) Pugh in Brooklyn, N.Y. She was a 1971 graduate of Bishop LeBlond High School and the Methodist Medical Center School of Nursing. She married Roger E. Hart on October 11, 1974, at Queen of Apostles Church; he survives of the home. Peggy had been a registered nurse at Heartland Regional Medical Center since 1974. She was a member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church.Peggy was preceded in death by her parents, addition to her husband, she is survived by son, David Hart and his wife, Melissa, St. Joseph; daughter, Kristy Kunkel and her husband, Mark, Mound City, Mo.; grandchildren, Shane and Holly Hart and Tiffany Kunkel; sister, Karen Szczepanik and her husband, George, St. Joseph; brother, John Pugh and his wife, Ellen, St. Joseph; and numerous nieces and nephews. Mass of Christian Burial: 10:30 a.m. Monday at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church. Interment: Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Public visitation will begin at 9 a.m. Sunday at Heaton-Bowman-Smith & Sidenfaden Chapel, where the family will receive friends Sunday evening from 6 to 8. Prayer service at 6 p.m. The family suggests memorial contributions to Kendallwood Hospice or charity of choice.
