OBITUARY
Graveside services were held for Madeline Weaver HYATT at the Edith Ford Cemetery in Canadian, Texas with Reverend Hiram Reyes, officiating. She died in Amarillo on April 14, 1997, at age 74.
Mrs. HYATT was born August 15, 1922 in Canadian to Odis and Lena Mae Batt WEAVER. She attended school in Canadian. She married Roy Ernest HYATT on July 30, 1940 in Miami. In the early 40’s they moved to Aransas Pass from Canadian. Mr. HYATT preceded his wife in death on October 9, 1957. Mrs. HYATT returned to Canadian in 1958. She was a homemaker and member of the Baptist Church.
She is survived by two daughters, Joyce WESTBROOK of Canadian and Bonnie KELLY of Palacios, one son, Tommy HYATT of Midland; twelve grandchildren, and eleven great-grandchildren.
