Lifetime Rice County resident Betty Jean Hartle Keeley died yesterday, September 29, 1993, in the Hutchinson Hospital at the age of 58.
Born October 14, 1934, in Lyons to Ansel and Vera Cross Hartle, she had lived in Lyons and Sterling and was a homemaker and farmer.
She was a member of the United Methodist Church and Homemakers Club, both of Sterling, and the Good Samaritan Singers of Lyons, and participated in arts and crafts at the Lyons Good Samaritan Center.
Survivors are two daughters, Linda Richardson of South Hutchinson and Melissa Adams of Emmaus, Penn.; a brother, Raymond Hartle of Lyons; a sister, Bonnie Crowl of Lyons; and five grandchildren.
The Rev. Robert Friesen will conduct a graveside service at 10:30 a.m. Saturday in the Lyons Municipal Cemetery.
Memorials gifts may be sent to the American Arthritis Foundation or to the Lyons Good Samaritan Center, in care of Sillin Funeral Home.
