Carrie W. Bolin left this world to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, April 14, 2022. She was born in Lamar Township, Clinton County on September 14, 1930, to James (Elmer) and Elsie Weaver. Carrie was united in marriage on June 20, 1952, to Darrell W. Bolin who preceded her in death on April 18, 1998.

She was a graduate of Lock Haven High School in 1948. From 1948 through 1952 she worked in the office of the New York and Pennsylvania Company which later in 1965 was sold to Hammermill Paper Company.

Carrie had been a lifetime member of the Walnut Street Church of Christ. For many consecutive years she read the Bible cover to cover.

Survivors include her sons; Douglas (Mary Jo) Bolin, Darrell J. Bolin, Dwight (Deb) Bolin, and Delmas (Leena) Bolin. Also surviving are eight grandchildren: Michelle Bolin, Samantha Bolin, Shannon (Tyler) Walker, Nicholas Bolin, John Bolin, Jennifer (Bryan) Foster, Kristin (Daniel) Comune, and Kimberly (Charles) Reed III and eight great grandchildren.

Funeral Services for Carrie Bolin will be held on Tuesday April 19, 2022, at 11:00 AM. in the Yost-Gedon Funeral Home & Cremation Services, LLC, 121 W. Main St., Lock Haven, PA 17745. Officiating will be Pastor Mark Riley from the Flemington Church of Christ. Interment will be at the Snow Shoe Church of Christ Cemetery.

Family and friends will be received in the Yost-Gedon Funeral Home & Cremation Services, LLC. Monday evening April 18, 2022, from 6:00-8:00.
