Funeral services for Mr. Albert Riddle Bilbrey 73, of Cookeville, were conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 5, 2002, from the chapel of Rickman-Hall Funeral Home. Burial was in Shipley Cemetery in Putnam County with Rickman-Hall Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.
Mr. Bilbrey died Sunday, Nov. 3 at his home. He worked in the sheet metal business for many years.
Born April 14, 1929, in Overton County, he was the son of the late Gaither and Elvia (Gaw) Bilbrey.
Survivors include his wife, Ruth Bilbrey, Cookeville; two step-sons, Ronnie Alcorn and Glenn Alcorn, both of Cookeville; a step-daughter, Cindy Flatt, Cookeville; a sister-in-law, Jewell Bilbrey; a niece, Carolyn Bilbrey; and a nephew, Ricky Bilbrey.
Pallbearers were Roger Rittenberry, Mike Rittenberry, Jay Rittenberry, and Ronnie Alcorn.
