MAYNA, La. - Services for Seabrum Dale Mount, 62, of Glade, who died Sunday, Sept. 17, 2000, in Alexandria, will be at 10 a.m. today at Mayna Church of God with the Revs. Mack Walker, Lloyd Trisler and Jack Colclasure officiating.
Burial will be in the McFarland-Gurie Cemetery near Jonesville under the direction of Young's Funeral Home.
Visitation is until service time today at the church.
Mr. Mount was born Feb. 24, 1938, in Glade, son of Mr and Mrs. M.R. Mount.
He was a farmer and a truckdriver and attended Mayna Church of God.
Mr. Mount was preceded in death by his parents; and one sister, Glenda Dale Mount.
Survivors include his wife, Ollie Mount of Glade; three daughters and their husbands, Mona D. Edwards, Susan B. and Brian Cader, Julie M. and Kevin Colclasure, all of Jonesville; one son and his wife, Seabrum Dale Mount II and Rosie R. Mount of Jonesville; eight grandchildren; one brother, Merthyr V. Mount of Jonesville; and two sisters, Mandy Denny and Mildred Jackson of Jonesville.
Pallbearers will be Ryan Edwards, Wes White, Cloyd Hardie, Darrell White Jr., Gerald Huffman and Chris Freeman.
Honorary pallbearers will be Darrell White Sr., Houston Gail White and Richie Tiffee.
