DELLA YOUNG PASSES AWAY
Funeral services will be held Tuesday afternoon at East Columbus Church.
Mrs. Della Mae Young, wife of A.P. Young and for more than a quarter of a century a resident of this city, died Saturday night at 10:30 o'clock at her home, 521 Pearl street. Funeral services will be held tomorrow afternoon at the East Columbus Methodist church conducted by the Rev. M.H. Reynolds, of Indianapolis, assisted by the Rev. John Dyer, pastor of the church. Burial will be in Garland Brook cemetery.
Mrs. Young spent her early life in Jennings county but moved here with her family twenty-six years ago. She was an active member of the Methodist church, and was well liked and highly esteemed. Mrs. Young was taken ill about a year ago and for the past four weeks her condition had been serious.
Surviving are her husband, one daughter, Mrs. Paul Morledge, of this city; one granddaughter, and three step sons, Raymond, Cleo and Glenn Young, of this city. There are also five brothers, Roy and William Tuttle, of this county; Clancy Tuttle of Seymour; Gernie Tuttle of Indianapolis, and Frank Tuttle of Oklahoma, and two sisters, Mrs. William Martin, of this city, and Mrs. Ann Welch, of this county.
