Judith Ramirez Hogrefe, loving mother of three, died peacefully in her sleep in Camarillo on Jan. 31, 2009. Judi was 47. Judi is survived by her husband, Scott; children, Gina, Gary, and Kevin; parents, Richard and Lila (Garcia) Ramirez of Glendale; sisters, Marsha Ramos, Jeanne Hutchinson, Neysa Zeigler, and Kristi Carnegie, all of Burbank; and 14 nieces and nephews. Judy was blessed with a natural wit and deep love for her many friends and family. A licensed cosmetologist and hospice caregiver, Judi truly enjoyed helping others. Judi was born in New Mexico and moved with her parents and family in 1963 to Burbank, where she lived until moving to Camarillo with geologist husband Scott and her three children in 1990. She could often be seen in step aerobics and spinning classes in gyms throughout Camarillo. Judi loved cooking, sports, concerts, and enjoying life with her friends and family. She truly loved helping others and sharing her humor and contagious laugh. Arrangements under direction of Griffin Family Funeral Chapels, Camarillo, CA.
