Marie E. Shellhamer of Endicott Mrs. Marie E. Shellhamer, 77, of 421 Roosevelt Ave., Endicott, died at River Mede Manor Nursing Center in Binghamton on Thursday, November 17, 1988 at 4: 15 p.m. after a long illness. She is survived by her husband, Arthur R. Shellhamer, Endicott; one son and daughter-in-law, William and Alice-Shellhamer, East Holden, Maine; seven grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Anne Lennon, Sarasota, Florida, Mrs. Joan Cawley, Mayfield, New Jersey; one brother, James Simpson, Johnson City; several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Endicott. Funeral and interment services will be held Sunday at 4 p.m. from the Allen Memorial Home, 511-513 East Main St., Endicott with the Rev. James Baker officiating in the absence of her pastor, Rev. Howard Hockenbury. Burial will be in Riverhurst Cemetery, Endicott. The family will receive friends at the Allen Memorial Home Sunday from 2 p.m. until service time at 4 p.m.
