Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. at the LDS Church, 102 N 2400 W. in Provo, and burial will be at Evergreen Cemetery in Mapleton. In lieu of flowers, donations would be appreciated to a donation account through Utah Community Credit Union in the name of Merry Bird.
