Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, December 15, 2010 at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Home Chapel in Sauk Rapids, Minnesota for Margaret R. "Peggy" Dorweiler, age 62 of Sauk Rapids and formerly of St. Paul, who passed away on Sunday, December 12, 2010 at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Home in Sauk Rapids. Reverend Michael Wolfbauer will officiate. Entombment will take place in Sunset Cemetery Mausoleum in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Family and friends may call after 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday at the chapel in Sauk Rapids.
Peggy was born on January 24, 1948 in Holdingford, Minnesota to Clemens and Helen (Wolf) Kociemba. She married Edward J. Dorweiler in August of 1979 at St. Casimir Catholic Church in St. Paul. Peggy worked for Qwest for over 30 years.
She enjoyed traveling, old movies, music and shopping. Peggy loved all of her family, especially her nieces and nephews when they were young.
Peggy is survived by her siblings, Joyce Heitzman of Sartell, Leonard (Sheila) Kociemba of St. Joseph, Mary Kociemba of Sartell, and Daniel (Sara) Kociemba of Champlin; and many nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband; brother in law, Don Heitzman; and god child, John Heitzman.
