Leona E Alexander Iman, 77, of Petersburg, died August 2, 1995, at her home. She was born February 5, 1918, at Mozer, a daughter of the late Samuel Edward Alexander and Mary Alice Ketterman Alexander.

She is preceded in death by two sons, Charles E Iman and Gerald E Iman; a sister, Elizabeth Alexander; and three half sisters; 2 brothers, Gussa Alexander and Theodore Alexander and four half brothers.

Mrs Iman was a member of the Memorial Church of the Brethren, Petersburg.

Surviving are her husband, Curtis L Iman; two sons, Curtis L Iman, Jr and Sheldon W Iman of Petersburg; four daughters, Rosalie Van Meter of Cabins, Sharon Strawderman and Alice Stultz, both of Mathias, and Wilma Iman of Petersburg; one sister, Mayme Boatman of Garden Grove, CA; three brothers, Connie E Alexander of Upper Tract, Leason R Alexander of Ceredo, and Olin E Alexander, a resident of Pendleton Nursing Home; 11 gch and 4 ggch.

Funeral services were held Saturday at 11 am at the Memorial Church of the Brethren with Rev Laurean Smith officiciating. Burial was in the North Mill Creeek Cemetery, Dorcas.
