Funeral services for Mr. John Earl Henderson, 58, will be held Saturday, December 18 at 1 p.m. at the Fourteenth District Building with the Rev. Willie D. Solomon, officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Elam Cemetery in Heflin.

John Earl Henderson was born Nov. 4, 1952 to Jessie Mae Banks Henderson and the late Ardaniel Henderson in Webster Parish.

John Earl departed this earthly life on December 11 in Minden.

He leaves to cherish his precious memories a loving mother, Jessie Mae Banks Henderson of Minden; one brother, David Henderson of Minden; one sister, Betty Sandford (Perry Joe) of Magnolia, Arkansas; uncle, Claude Banks of Minden; four aunts, Vera Mae Banks of Houston, Texas, Luliby Dillard, Minnie Fierce and Lula Theus, all of Kansas City, Kansas; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Vistitation will be held Friday, December 17 in the chapel of Kennon's Mortuary from 8 a.m. until 8 p.m., with family hour from 6 until 7 p.m. Services are entrusted to Kennon's Mortuary. Email condolences may be sent to [email protected].
