Susan Leigh Waddy
On Friday, December 17, 2010, the Lord called home Susan Leigh Waddy to join Him by His side in Heaven.
Susan Waddy was born August 25, 1962, in Charlottesville, to Doris Marsh and the late Lee Marsh.
Susan attended Charlottesville High School. At the age of 16, she was employed by Kroger, where she worked for 31 years. While employed at Kroger, she served as a shop steward for the union.
In April of 1993, she met her husband, Paul Waddy, and on June 30, 1994, they were married. They enjoyed 17 wonderful years of marriage until the good Lord called her home to join her father.
She leaves behind here on Earth, her mother, Doris Marsh of Charlottesville; husband, Paul Waddy of Goochland; brothers, Richard "Rick" Marsh of Lake Monticello, and Tom Marsh and his wife, Donna, of Nelson; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
A graveside service will be conducted 11 a.m. Wednesday, December 22, 2010, at Holly Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends from 7 until 8 p.m. Tuesday, December 21, 2010, at Teague Funeral Service.
