Born in Salisbury, MD daughter of Norma Lee Bloxom Bunting & the late Norman F. Bunting who died in 1981. She had worked for Allen's Hatchery in Dagsboro, DE.
She is survived by her mother, Norma Lee Bunting of Chincoteague, VA; her husband, Herbert "Herb" Bowden; her children, Darin Bowden of Bayard, DE, Randy Bowden of Millville, DE and Tammy Stong of Ocean View, DE; brothers, Wayne Bunting and Roy Bunting, both of Dagsboro, DE; sister, Nadine Townsend of Bethany Beach, DE; and 8 grandchildren, Whitney Bowden, Jillian Bowden, Cameron Bowden, Taylor Hudson, Cody Bowden, Gabrielle Bowden, Max Stong & Brady Bowden.
Services 1 p.m. Thursday, February 24 at HASTINGS FUNERAL HOME, 19 S. Main St., Selbyville, DE where friends may call 7-8:30 p.m. Wednesday. Rev. Fred Duncan will officiate. Interment in Roxana Cemetery, Roxana, DE.
