Cogswell, Thelma 89 of Charlotte, Michigan, died May 19, 2003 at Marshall Manor in Marshall. Mrs. Cogswell was born December 28, 1913 in Eaton County, Michigan, the daughter of Fred and Nellie (Midland) Diamond. She was a clerk for 25 years with the G.C. Murphy Company in Charlotte.

She is survived by her son Donald (Donna) Cogswell of Charlotte, five Grandchildren and several Great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Leman and sons Gary and Richard, brothers Murray, Earl and Harley Diamond and sisters Bethel Robinson and Flossie Diamond.

Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, May 22 at Pray Funeral Home in Charlotte. Interment will be in Maple Hill Cemetery in Charlotte. Visitation will be 7-9 p.m. Tuesday and 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. If desired memorial contributions may be made to Hayes Green Beach Hospital and Lawrence Avenue United Methodist Church.
