Elmer Myron Campbell, 33, of 753 Sullivan, died in a local hospital at eleven-thirty Sunday night of pneumonia and a heart ailment.
He was born April 4, 1909, in Ogden, a son of Myron and Effie Stephens Campbell. He married Fern Wilds Oct 23, 1919*, in Reno, Nev. He was a member of the L.D.S. church, and an elder in the Ninth ward.
Mr. Campbell attended grade schools in Ogden and high school in Palo Alto, Calif. He worked as a plasterer, cement finisher and painter and his last employment was as a car checker for the Ogden Union Railway & Depot Co.
Survivors are his widow, three sons and a daughter; Ronald, Gerry, Sherman and Claudette Campbell, all of Ogden; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Myron Campbell of Ogden; his grandmother, Mrs. William Jesse Stephens of Ogden; and the following brothers and sisters; Mrs. Lola C. Pierson, Mrs. Leona C. Simmons and William S. Campbell, all of Ogden, and Mrs. Lenora C. Mitchell of Clinton.
Funeral arrangements are being made by Aultorest mortuary.
