Donnie was the fourth and youngest child born to Charles Wilbur Caldwell, Sr, and Dorcas Jean Pratt. He served his Country in the US Air Force. Donnie died far too young in a car accident. His ashes were scattered off the east side of Texas Highway 87, about one-quarter mile south of Texas County Road 2152, in the same place as his Mother.
