Elizabeth, Betty to all who knew her, married Lloyd Elbert German on November 25, 1939 in Chico,California. Elizabeth was the daughter of Albert Pingrey and Marjorie Mead. She was raised in Chico, California attending a college prep school and then graduating from Chico State College. She loved the great outdoors and all of its beauty and was a very talented artist and musician. She was a very dedicated mother, always putting her children and family first. Betty was loved by everyone that knew her. She was a member of the Trinity Methodist Church in Chico her entire life. On her grave stone it states " God Rest This Precious Soul". No truer words can be said to describe Elizabeth.
