Funeral services are pending at West Funeral Home for Dorothy McGonagill Bell, 66, 415 Del Rio St., Apt. 9, who died Friday in an Albuquerque hospital.
Born June 16, 1922, in Carlsbad, she was raised and educated here, graduating from Carlsbad High School in 1941. She held various jobs in Carlsbad. For the past 20 years, she had made her home in California and was employed as a security guard in Los Angeles. She returned to Carlsbad about fours years ago to maker her home.
Survivors include one daughter, Vonda Holcomb, Carlsbad; two sisters, Willie Petska of Carlsbad and Margie Schirmer, Florence, Ore.; two granddaughters and two great-grandchildren.

Services for Dorothy McGonagill Bell, 66, 415 Del Rio St., Apt. #9, who died Feb. 3, in an Albuquerque hospital, is to be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. in the West Funeral Home Chapel with Dwayne Pounds, Church of Christ, officiating. Burial is to be in Carlsbad Cemetery.
Pallbearers include Alex McGonagill, George McGonagill Jr., Tot Etcheverry, C.C. "Junior" Brown, Tommy Dresser and Spike McGonagill.
