He married Margaret M. and they had two children Jean and Noland.
He later married Dora Alice Farnam and to my knowledge they had one child but this is unclear to me at this time if their son William was there only child.
He passed away October 12, 1929 in Arkansas.

Accident is Fatal to W.M. Winner
Funeral Services held Sunday,
Death result of an accident two weeks ago
W.M. Winner, well known mill man, died at his home in Delaware, Saturday, October 12, after 13 days illness from injuries sustained Sept. 29, when a car in which he was riding, overturned near New Blaine. Winner was in company with N.R. Woods and Ben Hodges hen the accident occurred and Woods, who was driving, said that he failed to see a curve on account of dust and darkness and the car plunged over an embankment. Winner was severely injured through his back and shoulders and Hodges who was thrown through the windshield, was cut about the head while Woods sustained a broken collar bone. Funeral Services were held at Utley Cemetery in Harkey's Valley Sunday afternoon, conducted by Rev. Patterson, pastor of the Christian church of Russellville, with Craig's Funeral Service in charge. Winner is survived by his wife, and eight children: Edith, Billie, Erma Fay, and Flaytus of the home address,; Mrs. Joe Bennett, Bluffington, AR; Mrs. O.M. Rollans and E.E. Winner Oklahoma City; and Floyd Winner, Okemah, Okla,; Two brothers, Charley and Crisp of Dayman, Okla.; one sister, Mrs. Mittie McDonald of Finley, Okla.
