Mary V. Kessinger, 82, of Quitman, Arkansas died Wednesday August 25, 2004 in Little Rock. She was born December 23, 1921 in Woodrow, Arkansas the daughter of the late Harvey and Rachel Birdsong Hipp. She is predeceased by her husband of 58 years, Leon L. Kessinger.
She was former owner and operator of the Kessinger Grocery Store for over 20 years in Quitman.
She is survived by her daughter, Alice Eason and husband Marvin of Little Rock, by her granddaughter, Nicole Eason of Conway, and by her brother, Ray Hipp of Prim, Arkansas.

Graveside services will be held Friday, 10:00 a.m., August 27, 2004 at the Quitman City Cemetery with Joe Kennedy officiating.
