Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Conn, 73, died at 3:10 p.m. Wednesday at her home, 207 Kinney St., after a weeks illness. She was born in Elliott County, Kentucky, and had lived in Muncie 45 years.
Mrs. Conn was a member of the West Willard Street Church of God and of Women's Bible Class of the church.
Her husband, John Conn, died in March 1951.
Surviving are three daughters, Miss Lyda Conn, at home, Mrs. Cora Brandenburg of Muncie, and Mrs. Lottie Littleton of Lexington, Kentucky; three sons, Cleve Conn of near Selma, the Rev. Orie Conn, pastor of the Shady Grove Church of God, and Ernest Conn of Muncie; three sisters, Mrs. Myrtle Huxhold, Mrs. Nora McDowell, and Mrs. Corda Dance, all of Muncie; four brothers, John, Hiram, and Dave, all of Muncie, and Jim Davis of Gaston; 17 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren.
Funeral arrangements will be made at the Parson Mortuary.
