10th child of Edwin Ruthven and Euphama Ryder Perry WILLIAMS, Frank never married. He was a farmer all his life, and was the last surviving member of his immediate family. His funeral was conducted at Barlow Presbyterian Church at 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, April 12th 1973 with Rev. James Shotwell officiating. He was survived by several nieces and nephews. The gravestone inscribed "Frank C. Williams / Aug 30, 1887 / Apr 10, 1973" is adjacent those of his parents and his sister Esther A. Williams, together with a large separate stone inscribed: "WILLIAMS".
