Mary Frances Harper Burrow, 86, of Denton, went to be with our Lord on Friday November 12, 2010. She passed away at home surrounded by her family and the caring nurses of Blue Bonnett Hospice. Mrs. Burrow was born on June 16, 1924 in Mustang, TX to William Alexander and Bernetta Mae (Mack) Harper. She later moved to Denton, where she attended Denton Public Schools. She was married to Ruben L. Burrow on June 15, 1946 in Ardmore, OK. They were happily married for 54 years. She was a member of Cooper Creek Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband, Ruben L. Burrow of Denton; daughter Kathy Burrow of Denton; sisters, Elsie Payne of Denton, Winona Stover of Denton, Wanda Cozby of Denton. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday November 16, 2010 at Cooper Creek Cemetery. Rev. Buddy Owens will officiate the service. If ever there was an Angel who walked on this earth, it was Mary, who lived by the scriptures everyday of her life. She will be greatly missed by her family. She is now at peace with no more pain and suffering.
